Service contracts

We firmly believe no other distributor of industrial cleaning machines can match the quality and reliability of our maintenance.

A programme of planned preventative service visits and inspections ensures that machines are maintained in good working order and reduces the risk of breakdowns and need fof repair.

Detailed machine maintenance records are then logged onto our engineering database for comprehensive machine monitoring. This in turn improves productivity and therefore enables you to get the most from your investment.

Service contract benefits:

Peace of mind

You will know that your cleaning machine is checked, adjusted and maintained by a qualified engineer on a regular basis. This means that wearing parts can be identified and replaced before a possible breakdown occurs.

Priority Service

You receive priority over non-contract customers. This means that in the event of an emergency breakdown your machine would be attended to first.

Cost Savings

Any emergency call-outs are charged at a reduced preferential rate and include the cost of the first half hour labour.

Fixed Costs

The labour rate quoted will be fixed until the contract expires regardless of Clean UK's current labour rate. This helps you to predict your running costs.

Safety

Each complete service we carry out includes a thorough safety check and a written inspection report highlighting any neglect or misuse so that it can be tackled quickly.

Portable Appliance Test

Your equipment will automatically receive an annual PAT and a certificate issued if required. More regular tests can be arranged if needed.

Comprehensive Contract

Should you decide to enter into a Comprehensive Contract then all breakdowns and associated parts and labour are free of charge. This assumes that the fault has not been caused by operator neglect, misuse or abuse and does not cover consumable items.

Express breakdown service

If you do suffer a breakdown and call us before 10.00am our engineers can normally be with you the same day. If you phone after 10.00 you shouldn't have to wait more than 24 hours. We guarantee fast and effective delivery and installation of spare parts for all the machines and equipment we supply.
